Kids mountain bike course
Our small kids' mountain bike parkour is located at the exit of the campsite, in the direction of the historic Biehl water grinding works.
Our small bike course is ideal for children. Please note that use of the course is at your own risk. Use is only permitted with a helmet and protective clothing and only with suitable sturdy bikes.
Sauna
Take a break and recharge your batteries. Relax in the sauna area.
The sauna is equipped with a relaxation room, Finnish sauna and three infrared seats from Klafs.
Historic water grindery
A touch of nostalgia. Experience grinding using traditional techniques today. Precious stones are cut and polished here. See working methods that have remained unchanged for four generations: Cutting, moulding, cutting and polishing.

Adventure tour from the campsite through the national park
A certified national park guide will accompany you on an exciting tour through the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park. During this hike, he will reveal the fascinating secrets of the forest to you. You will have the opportunity to explore the magnificent beech forests and marvel at the impressive quartzite Rosselhalden on the Mörschider Burr. There is also the option of climbing Wildenburg Castle at the National Park gate. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the picturesque National Park region.

Circular route: 9.8 km (possibility from Wildenburg (5 km) with the call bus 899 back to the campsite) Duration: approx. 3.5 hours

Registration at the reception
Explorer rucksack
The small green rucksacks, which families can now borrow from the camping reception, are equipped with a pocket knife, magnifying glass, "insect hoover" and many other explorer utensils. The "explorer rucksacks" are an idea to offer families an exciting day out in the countryside.

You can hire equipment from leading outdoor manufacturers free of charge at the Best of Wandern test centres.
Here you have the opportunity to test hiking boots, clothing, trekking poles, rucksacks etc. and try out the high-quality equipment directly on site during a hike.
